ANDY NOVOCIN, PhD

Professor Novocin teaches at the University of Delaware in applications of algebraic number theory, pedagogical practices, cybersecurity, and software engineering. He is also the Director of the Cyber Security Scholars program.
As an entrepreneur, he focuses on delivering high quality service through building scalable software for clients. His most rewarding work comes from zeroing in on daily pain points and creating solutions to resolve them. It's truly wealth creation to significantly improve a client’s bottom line and quality of life.
Professor Novocin built the FNDRSNG Platform in 2013 and has been working with Christian radio clients since to provide insights and increase engagement with their listeners.

Pat’s goal is to leverage the cutting edge in data science and to strengthen ministries. After years studying Machine Learning as Professor Novocin's PhD Student, he joined FNDRSNG in April 2021. He was troubled by the way the tools of his trade are used in the world and hopes to put them to good through service.
One of his favorite parts of our work is when we can reduce the hours our partners spend on data entry, busy work, and enable them to spend more time on their mission by directly serving their listeners.
Working on FNDRSNG has been a large part of his spiritual journey, and this work has helped him to grow in faith and trust in God.
WHY DO I WORK AT FNDRSG?
Todd is passionate about supporting and encouraging ministry servants and leaders, particularly through the intelligent use of technology. Over the past fifteen plus years, he has received the Lord’s healing through Christian 12 step ministries. He has seen first hand how one of Jesus’ servant’s loving on their fellow human beings leads to transformed lives. Within the rooms of recovery there is a saying: Changed lives change lives. He sees such great opportunities for digital and traditional Christian Music media ministries to continue to change lives.

Sara’s calling is to work with growing ministries and nonprofits to help maximize their impact. She believes in helping businesses understand their market through analytics and connecting them to their key audiences to positively impact lives. Sara has supported both startups and established businesses through the challenging growth process. Joining radio in 2020 has given her a unique opportunity to help make an impact during these difficult times.
Sara is certified in Advanced Google Analytics and a member of the Digital Analytics Association. She has a MBA concentrating in Marketing Analytics from the University of Delaware. When she’s not busy with volunteering, work, and her two young children, she enjoys gardening, knitting, and gluten-free baking.

Bryan loves being part of a team that helps our clients reach, connect & share the Good News with more people.
He believes that technology should serve us, rather than the other way around. He designs technological systems for maximum usability, efficiency and scalability.
Outside of work, Bryan loves spending time with his family and glorifying God. He enjoys gardening, cooking, carpentry, weightlifting, and strategy games.
