Growing Together

We highly value all of the ministries we work with and the opportunity to experience the growth of God’s Kingdom together. In order to grow with our ministries in size and capacity, we’re adjusting to a tiered pricing system, similar to a CRM. The flow of data will determine what our drive fee will be for the season, projected into a monthly plan for budgeting purposes.

For many of our ministries, the cost for our services will remain the same. Those ministries who have been blessed with growth during our time together have already been contacted about our change in drive support cost.

This tiered pricing will be more transparent to our ministries since it is based on the flow of data and number of transactions processed during a drive season. With increased data, there is a need for increased support and interaction. This new tiered pricing will ensure we continue to grow together into the future. Our drive fee will be tiered into every 300 transactions costing $1,500 per drive for training, prep, on-call support, and software.

Each drive will be billed in a one-time payment or broken up into monthly payments, your preference, just as before. Any one off drives will be billed according to which tier your total number of transactions falls into. With the exception, of course, if you are in need of an extra drive due to falling short of your need.

This change will go into effect next drive season in Spring 2024. Please reach out if you have any budgetary concerns or would like a drafted proposal for your board.
